In conjunction with Carbon Capture and Storage, it must now be worth considering. What are the COP15 delegates doing about this practical application to the problems of ocean acidification and climate change ?? Carbon trading agreements are likely to prove ineffectual and monetory incentives to aid the poorer developing nations are just not enough. Roll on Bonn and Mexico - lets hope that these ideas will be discussed in the interim. | |
