SCCT Trustee Board Constitution Meeting - Thur 19th July 2007

We enjoyed a very productive meeting in Taunton on Thursday 19th July 2007 at which signatures to the Trust Registration Application Form, the Declaration by Trustees and the Model Trust Deed were obtained. The same meeting produced the signatures required for the operation of current accounts (and establishing a modus operandi of accountancy procedures). The meeting minutes are currently being produced (Sat 21st July) and a summary will appear on this website location when finalised. We hope to have the Application off to the Charities Commission in the coming week or so and look forward to the formalised status within a few months. | |
