SCCT Presentation
Written by Monty Halls (Senior) on 08/01/08

8th January 2008 -- We have been in touch with Professor Peter Mumby, Exeter University in connection with the production of a presentation aimed at schools and institutes of higher education. The subject matter centres on the need for Marine Balances and the establishment of UK Marine Reserves in the interest of maintaining reef bio-diversity as far as possible. It also touches on CO2-induced climate change and possible effects on the marine environment. Professor Mumby has produced an excellent Internet website called REEFVID providing free downloads of reef bio-diversity. We have unashamadly used some REEFVID clips in the preparation of the one-hour presentation.

Happy New Year to all - - and please feel free to make contact if your school/organisation might be interested in the presentation
